1. What types of weddings do you create? I plan destination weddings in Sicily for couples who want a genuinely Italian experience — unhurried, local, and built around the actual place. No two events look the same because I build them entirely around your specific tastes.

2. Where are you based? I live in Alcamo, right on the northwestern coast between Palermo and Trapani, just 10 minutes from Castellammare del Golfo. But I work all over the island with several wedding venues, from private villas to countryside estates to sea-front locations like the iconic Tonnara di Scopello and Camparia in Favignana.

3. Do you only plan weddings in Sicily? Yes. It's my home, and working only here means I know this island in a way a generalist planner never could. I only work with local artisans, caterers, and suppliers who I trust completely.

4. Do you work with couples who live abroad? Almost exclusively. Most of my clients live outside Italy. I manage the planning process remotely so you aren't stressing over time zones, language barriers, or vendor communication.

5. What services do you offer? Everything from full creative direction to day-of logistics. That includes venue scouting, budget tracking, vendor hiring, and managing the timeline. I also handle the events surrounding the wedding, like the welcome dinner and farewell brunch.

6. How far in advance should we secure your services? I'd recommend couples book 12 to 18 months in advance. That said, if you're planning a smaller elopement or intimate gathering, we can often make it work on a shorter timeline depending on venue availability.

7. What is your fee structure? There is no flat rate because no two weddings are identical. My fee depends on the size of the guest list, the complexity of the logistics, and the design requirements. After we talk, I'll send over a custom proposal.

8. How are payments handled? I take a 30% non-refundable retainer when you sign the contract to lock in your date. Then 40% is due 12 months prior the event date. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the wedding. To keep things completely transparent, you pay your vendors directly.

9. Can you assist with legal or symbolic ceremonies? Yes. Dealing with international paperwork can be a headache. I walk you through exactly what you need for civil, religious, or symbolic ceremonies here in Italy, and I can bring in local interpreters and officiants.

10. Do you offer design and styling? Design is a huge part of what I do. I put together moodboards, source the florals and lighting, and design the tablescapes so every element of the day feels like it belongs together.

11. Will you be present on the wedding day? Absolutely. My team and I are there on the ground. We stay behind the scenes to manage the vendors and keep the timeline moving so you can just enjoy your own party.

12. Do you also plan pre- and post-wedding events? Definitely. Most destination weddings are multi-day affairs. I regularly plan welcome dinners, a morning in the salt pans near Trapani, or a boat trip to Favignana for guests arriving early. Guests flying from New York or London deserve more than a single afternoon.

13. How do we begin the process? Fill out the contact form to set up a free consultation. We’ll hop on a video call, you can tell me what you're picturing, and we can see if we'd make a good team. Having spent ten years living in the US before returning to Sicily, I bring a level of English fluency you don't typically find locally. Nothing gets lost in translation.
