Aulentissima Events is based in Alcamo on the northwestern coast of Sicily, between Palermo and Trapani. From sea-view terraces to countryside estates and historic palazzos, I work across the island to find the perfect setting for your celebration.

3. Do you only plan weddings in Sicily?

Yes. Sicily is my home and my inspiration. Focusing exclusively on this region allows me to offer authentic experiences, working only with a hand-selected network of trusted local artisans and suppliers who share my standards of excellence.

4. Do you work with couples who live abroad?

Exclusively. Most of my clients reside outside Italy. I provide full planning and design services remotely, ensuring every decision and detail feels effortless, clear, and beautifully coordinated — wherever you are in the world.

As a bespoke destination wedding planner in Sicily, the total investment for your celebration will depend on your guest count, venue selection, design scope, and timing. For example, intimate elopements might start from around €5,000-€15,000, while a fully tailored luxury wedding for 100+ guests in a prime location often ranges from €50,000+ — and can reach significantly above this depending on bespoke elements.

We recommend allowing a per‐guest budget of approximately €1,300-€2,500 for a high-quality luxury celebration (venue, catering, décor, photography) as a guideline.

During our free consultation we will develop a detailed proposal aligned to your vision and priorities, so you can see exactly what your investment will cover, and how we allocate your budget for maximum impact.

7. How far in advance should we secure your services?

Most couples reserve their date 12 to 18 months in advance. However, intimate weddings and elopements can often be planned within a shorter timeframe, depending on availability and venue choice.

8. What is your fee structure?

Each wedding is entirely bespoke. My planning fee is defined according to the size, complexity, and creative scope of your event. Following our consultation, I will prepare a tailored proposal aligned with your vision and priorities.

9. How are payments handled?

A 50% retainer is required upon signing the contract to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding.
Vendor payments are made directly by the couple to each supplier, ensuring full transparency and direct agreements between all parties.

10. Can you assist with legal or symbolic ceremonies?

Yes. I can guide you through the requirements for civil, religious, or symbolic ceremonies in Italy and connect you with local interpreters or officiants familiar with international documentation.

11. Do you offer design and styling?

Absolutely. Every Aulentissima wedding is designed with a cohesive artistic vision. From moodboards to tablescapes, florals, and lighting, I create an atmosphere that evokes emotion and timeless beauty — one that feels entirely your own.

12. Will you be present on the wedding day?

Yes. My team and I personally oversee and coordinate every aspect of your celebration. My goal is for you and your guests to feel calm, cared for, and completely present while we discreetly orchestrate the details behind the scenes.

13. Do you also plan pre- and post-wedding events?

Yes. Many couples choose to extend their celebration with welcome dinners, wine tastings, boat excursions, or farewell gatherings. These experiences are curated to complement your wedding and offer guests an unforgettable journey through Sicily.
